With a proven track record scaling service organizations and leading high-growth teams, Anchi leads consolidated financial operations across TEAM. He joined the company in 2021 as COO of TEAM’s household employment solutions division. Prior to TEAM, he served in management, investing and advisory roles across the communications, media, and technology sectors helping companies navigate growth and transformation. Anchi earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS from Indiana University.
