HEAD OF ADVOCACY & POLICY

Ford has devoted his career to supporting individuals in Home and Community-Based Services. With over 30 years of experience across Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, disability advocacy, and government affairs, Ford drives TEAM’s advocacy and policy initiatives with passion and expertise. He holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA, both from the University of Colorado and an MA in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado.
