Rachel brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, operations, client service, and people leadership to her role as CEO. Since joining TEAM in 2015, she has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and CEO of TEAM’s household employment solutions division, as well as previously serving as Co-President of TEAM. With a deep background in healthcare, Rachel is passionate about delivering best-in-class service to care recipients, caregivers, clients, and team members alike. Rachel holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.
